Six UK universities in global top 50 for graduate employability

Six UK universities are among the top 50 in the world for graduate employability following the publication of a new ranking by QS.

Graduate employabilty is one of the most important factors you should consider when choosing a university, as you will want to get straight into the field of your choice after graduating. 

The ranking, which focuses not only on graduate employment rates but also employer reputation, partnerships and alumni outcomes, saw the University of Cambridge finish as the UK’s highest-ranked institution in 6th, with Oxford in 8th and University College London entering the top 20 in 17th.

Other UK universities featured in the ranking included Imperial College London (29th), the University of Manchester (33rd) and the University of Bristol (50th). California’s Stanford University retained its top spot.
